This is online platform is solely intended to be used by students (Adult) and kids (With adults supervision). By using services provided by our website, you are agreeing to all the terms and conditions related to Japanese language learning with “My Japanese online” and accepting all of these terms, on your own behalf and, kids in the case of parents. 2. Services

As a user, you may access the website as a Student, or the student’s parents to know about the course, new batches, upcoming batches, or registrations. You can review the content that is available on the Website. After completion of the course, Company can remove the student’s control over the dashboard.

3. Eligibility and Privacy

My Japanese Online Services are available only to individuals who are 18 years or above. Individuals under the age of 18 can use our service but under the guidance of their parents or schools or any Institution. In this case, the Parent or School or Institutes. will be solely responsible for all activities of the student.
For using our services, it is compulsory to provide us your personal data. You can refer to our Privacy Policy for additional information on how we are handling, processing, and securing user’s personal data. When you choose to register for any course, you are agreeing that you will not provide any false information regarding your personal information like email address, phone number, education, age, etc.

4. Payment and Refund.

For payments, You can choose to pay through net banking,account transfer or you can pay via bank transfer but you need to share the proof of payments, it will be done by sharing a screenshot of it or photograph of the payslip. Once the payment is confirmed from our side, we will share the login credentials.
MY Japanese online wanted to ensure a clear understanding of financial relations between students and the company with respect to the services provided.
In case you fail to attend the classes, the fees will not be refunded. This is the whole and sole responsibility of the student to attend the classes. But if in case Teacher fails to give the lessons then we can cover up classes which were missed due to the teacher In case you are not satisfied with the Services or any other personal reason, you will not be eligible for a refund.

5. Account info

To avail our service, you must have to be a registered member. To become a registered member, you must fill the registration form by adding all your personal credentials, once done with this process you will receive information through mail about our class flow and demo classes schedule, etc. For Regular classes, you will receive dashboard login details.
You are not allowed to create more than one account for each course to access the website, or share your Login Credentials with any third party nor transfer your account to any third party.
While using our service, you agree that The information provided by you is real and updated; We as a company have the right that if we find any use of the Website that is found inappropriate, may result in the suspension/or termination of a User with or without notice.

6. Service Misuse

“My Japanese Online” will be the mediator between student and Teacher. In case of any issues, you can contact our team to resolve the trouble.
Direct contact details of the Teacher will not be provided to the students and vice versa.
Students acknowledge that the services are provided for the purpose of learning only. Make sure you do not misuse this platform.

7. Alert/Notifications/Call

The communication between the registered user and “My Japanese online” would be done by mail, Messages, calls, or third-party Alert. If you agree with the electronic message transfer service and are liable to provide an active email address and active phone number for time-to-time notifications related to Japanese learning courses. You are solely responsible to check the mail from time to time and attend the calls.
If you don’t want to receive notification by mail from “My Japanese Online” you can unsubscribe from the notification alert on the website or contact our support team.


The user will be banned from the service if found violating the terms and conditions, providing false, misleading, or incomplete information, or any fees-related deception. My Japanese online has a right to terminate the user if found misleading us and will be barred from future registration.

We are not responsible if the information on this website doesn’t abide by the rules of any other country except India and Japan, users are solely responsible for access to our website outside India and Japan.

Disputes related to commencement of classes, course duration, missed classes, fees structure, regarding teachers, etc. would be discussed personally and tried to solve by “My Japanese Online team”. The unbiased final decision will be taken by “My Japanese Online” after going through the related case. In case any dispute arises in any part of the world only the appropriate courts situated in Nagpur shall have exclusive jurisdiction to solve any dispute. Other locations other than Nagpur can also be decided by OCCD Pvt. Ltd India Only.
